Microprocessor Controlled Rewind Inspection Table for the Pharmaceutical Manufacturer and Label Printer - A New Standard of Accuracy, Security and Ease of Operation

The microprocessor controlled unwind tension brake produces rolls of precisely controlled tension throughout the entire roll. The processor keeps adjusting the tension brake as the unwind roll gets smaller and the rewound roll gets larger compensating for the changes in the unwind and rewind roll weights in order to produce rolls that will not cause core collapse. Puckered inner wraps, or telescoped rolls. Precision tension control also reduces torn liner caused by excessive die cutting. This table has the ability to keep detailed records of each roll produced, tracking total labels, total rolls, labels per roll, and the job number. These records are essential for production and inventory control of pharmaceutical labels as may be required by the FDA.
